How to Order

Once you have selected your desired costume, please note the following:

  1. Complete a detailed measurement chart.
  2. Email or fax the completed chart and purchase the costume from our online catalogue. Shipping will be added to your order during the checkout process, based on your location and other details you provide when completing your purchase.
  3. All costumes are to be paid in full before your order will be processed.
  4. All costume sales are final. All of our costumes are custom made to fit each individual dancer; therefore, we have a no return policy.
  5. Once an order is received and paid in full it will take approximately between 4-12 weeks for delivery. Extra charges apply for rush orders and rush delivery. These charges will be determined on how many costumes are required.
  6. International Customers: the customer is exclusively responsible for payment of all customs, duties and import taxes due on merchandise. If the cost reverts back to the Sender, than the Sender will pay the bill on behalf of the customer but will charge the customer's credit card for all monies paid. The customer agrees in advance to this as a condition of sale.
  7. Once the costume(s) are completed, Tutus & Dancewear by Design Inc. will inform the customer via email that the merchandise has been shipped out for delivery to the customer.
